个人情况综述
邓旭明，男，1964年6月生，博士，教授，博士生导师。现任吉林大学学术委员会委员，吉林大学农学部学术委员会主任。1980-1984年于湖南农业大学获学士学位；1984-1987年于解放军兽医大学获兽医药理学及毒理学硕士学位；1994-1998年在解放军农牧大学获预防兽医学博士学位。自1985年起，一直从事兽医药理学及人兽共患病防治方面的研究工作。先后主持国家自然基金4项，863项目1项，主持973、863及国家支撑项目子课题5项。发表相关学术论文120余篇（其中SCI60篇，IF最高4.351）。申请国家发明专利10项，获军队科技进步奖6项，两份国外学术期刊的审稿人。

主要科研方向
1、在抗感染天然药物基因组学研究方面取得了重要突破。利用基因芯片技术和功能表型研究方法发现厚朴酚和鱼腥草素天然药物活性成分抗金黄色葡萄球菌的靶机制是抑制了细菌的部分毒力因子及其二元调控基因，并对自溶、溶血和粘附等相关基因的蛋白和功能表型变化进行了验证，将为中药制剂的研发、活性成分的结构修饰提供创新可靠的筛选模型，为筛选抗菌药物的新靶标打下良好的基础。
2、阐明了我国动物源性大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌耐氟喹诺酮类药物的基因突变规律，以及大肠杆菌超突变子产生及其在耐药性转移中的作用。
3、首次发现氟苯尼考、头孢噻呋、沃尼妙林和伊维菌素等兽医专用抗生素具有抗炎活性并阐明了其抗炎作用机制。
