Teacher's Ethics and Conducts Held by

The Institute of Zoonosis of Jilin University

On June 19th, in conjunction with the series of activities to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the party and the requirements of the school’s "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", the Party Committee of The Institute of Zoonosis held the Education Conference of Teacher's Ethics and Conducts and the Institute's "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" seminar.

The meeting was presided over by Deputy Director Ma Chunfeng. Professor Liu Zengshan, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Institute, Professor and Director Liu Mingyuan and all faculty and staff of the Institute attended the meeting.

On the meeting, Secretary Liu gave a lecture on strengthening the "teaching ethics and conducts" , focusing on how to strengthen and improve the teaching ethics and conducts of the Institute. The secretary elaborated on contents such as enhancing conducts,

strengthening the party spirit, and striving to pioneer

It is emphasized that every faculty and staff must keep in mind their responsibilities, love the cause they are engaged in, continuously improve their own capability, and enhance their ability of the Three Tasks to Cultivate People. Only when we regard passion and selfless dedication as the goals of work, study and life, develop a good character that is willing to contribute, regardless of gains and losses, and help others, and enhance team awareness, can we continuously improve our core competitiveness and move the various businesses of the Institute forward.

Later during the meeting, based on the requirements of the university’s "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" meeting, combined with the outcomes and existing deficiencies of the institutes during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, the current work foundation and level as well as the situation and challenges facing the Institute,

Director Liu held talks with faculty and staff members

including the aspects such as guiding ideology, goals, measures and pressing issues need to be resolved during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period.

At last, Director Liu Mingyuan introduced in detail the progress of the preparations for the 13th International Conference on Trichinellosis.
